Head Baker Sophie, worked in the commercial food world before retraining as a baker at the School for Artisan Food on the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire. Barmies combines her passion for baking, innovation, wholesome natural food and craft beer. Her ambition is to make widely available a hand crafted fermented baked snack, that is full of flavour using natural ingredients in collaboration with the best brewers in the UK.
